Sig Sauer Romeo-X Compact

Just mounted the SIG Sauer Romeo-X Compact Enclosed on my Sig P365 X-Macro Comp – and I’ve got to say – this optic delivers.

The glass is crystal clear, the housing feels bombproof, and the footprint keeps my irons visible for co-witness. The sight picture is fast and super clean, even under bright sunlight or low-light drills.

What I like: rock-solid build, true 1x clarity, easy side-load battery, and perfect height for carry or duty setups.

One gripe: on the enclosed model, you’re locked into a single reticle — you can’t cycle through the different MOA dot or circle-dot options like the open-emitter version. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something to know if you’re comparing the two.

Overall, though, this thing’s a tank. If you’re running a compact or duty pistol and want a closed-emitter optic that just works, the Romeo-X Compact Enclosed earns its spot.
